Before grooming begins, we perform a nose-to-tail checkup—ears, skin, coat, temperament.
We look for subtle signs of discomfort, sensitivity, or concern—so your pet’s care plan is truly personalized.

Warm bath with premium shampoo, conditioner, and tear-free facial wash
Nose-to-tail drying, brushing, and coat de-shedding or de-matting (as needed)
Nail trimming and paw pad shaving
Sanitary trimming for cleanliness between grooms
Ear cleaning included; plucking available when needed and requested
Anal glands externally assessed and expressed if necessary
Teeth brushing every groom—oral care is health care
Hypoallergenic and medicated products available at no extra charge
- (e.g., anti-itch oatmeal, moisturizing deep conditioner, skin soothers)
Nose butter and paw balm used for dry or cracked skin
Finishing touches: coat polish, seasonal scent, and optional decoration
Wellness Checkup with Care Card and written Care Plan provided at every visit
